With 14 years overall commercial experience, Allan has served as the financial and operations director, specialising within the advertising, media and entertainment industries since 2003. His roles include senior management positions in international organisations, as well as within start-up ventures in both Australia and South Africa.
His vast experience in varying industries means Allan’s value-add extends far beyond the financial skills he brings to a business, and extends to commercial, strategy, legal, IT, human resources, operational and administrative areas.
Allan is an architect of modern technology and has always been instrumental in ensuring that his companies are using the most efficient and cost effective financial, ERP, CRM and document management systems. Allan also specialises in strategic and operational business planning, management reporting design and implementation, profit optimisation and cost reduction, turnaround management and operational re-engineering.
