    Here’s a Q re how we post to members using social media.

    We need a clear policy and a roll-out strategy.

    We don’t have that yet.

    There are many considerations.

    1. What info is deemed worth to reveal versus just traffic (We don’t need to know someone is having breakfast this morning, that said, I just sent a message out re our Editor having a child. I thought a key team member and a new life was worthy but will the global community think that?)
    2. What of the story do we reveal? When and how?
    3. Which news items do we reveal?
    For example:
    New members
    Achievements
    Contests
    Awards
    New episodes and content etc

    Also to consider, do we need an origin point for a post? For example should it always start with a post on the site, followed by an e-mail followed by FB and Twitter or is there a better strategy?
